I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time because all my products are custom-made to customers specifications.
However, I DO guarantee your satisfaction and will correct any order that arrives with incorrect spelling or text based on what was provided by you at the time of your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to contact me via Etsy conversation *within 3 business days of receiving your order*, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Insurance is optional and will be an additional $1.75 for up to $50 in purchases. Please send me a message if you would like insurance so I can make sure that this gets added. Please remember that I am not responsible for damaged or lost items during shipping.
Please hold on to your original packaging and shipping label for claim purposes, and take a picture of the damage item. Claims must be submitted by the customer to the USPS. Seller is not responsible for damage due to shipping.
Shipping policies
Please make sure the shipping address on your account is correct. If your item was returned due to an incorrect shipping address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
All orders are "Processed in the order that has been placed" and shipped through USPS First-Class mail “Tracking” or Priority with "Insurance" and "Tracking Number" after payment has been clear.
Normal crafting times for all designs can be found in the item description for each item. All items are handmade by me or my husband at the time of the order.
**INSURANCE CLAIM**
For lost packages, you must wait 20 days for domestic.
For damaged claims, please provide a detailed description of the damage and hold onto the damaged property until the claim is resolved, or your claim will be denied.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

*Please be sure that your Etsy account is linked to an e-mail address that you often check or leave an e-mail address with your information in case I have to contact you, all orders are "Process in the order that has been placed" and shipped through USPS.
*Please understand that I handmade every item from start to finish, in the order that has been placed, and there is only certain quantity I can make a day to ensure the quality of my product, some orders might be delay especially on Holidays.
*If you need your order for a specific date please send me a message prior to ordering to ensure that your product will arrive on time (Rush Order Fee might apply).
